When you join the SCC,we look to partner with you. Whether you want to be involved by supporting the coalition monetarily

 or by volunteering, we appreciate the support. There are many opportunities to be involved by community events, programs

 or preparation for them. Call and talk to us as to your talents and where you would like to help!

We invite you to the meetings that are held monthly – August through May – and are focused on educational topics. The

 public is encouraged to attend.

Non-Profit Organizations

The SCC currently has 608 active members representing over 50 community agencies as collaborative partners. We have a

 DCF License, Level I Prevention License allowing us to provide substance abuse materials. We also hold a Department of

 Agriculture Solicitation License, allowing us to receive donations.

Lake County Juvenile Justice Council since 2003, the 5th Judicial Executive Board for DJJ; the Lake County Juvenile "Re-

Entry" Workgroup; co-chairing the Community Coalition Alliance; Partners Investing in People (Leesburg); Florida Coalition

 Alliance, and Lake County Shared Services Network Steering Committee.
